Carla Hutchison
Director/Dance Instructor
Carla started her dance training at 3 where she studied at the Kindorf Dance Studio in Cypress now known as “Impact Dance Center”. After being picked up by a talent agency at a dance competition at age 5 she began to work professionally. Her professional dance credits include the First Star Search Junior, The People’s choice awards, Kids Incorporated, “TAP” with Gregory Hines and Savion Glover, a Tribute to Michael Jackson, along with numerous National commercials. She continued her dance training and education at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, auditioned and was accepted at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center in New York City and has studied with renowned master teacher Paula Morgan. Her teaching career started at age 15 where her students ranged from adults to 3 year olds. Carla is also the mother of 2 wonderful kids, a daughter who dances as well, and a son who loves taking his No Limits classes.
Katie Tanner
Dance Instructor
Katie has been dancing and performing on stage since she was six years old. She competed with her studio's competition groups until 18 years old, and after that worked as a parade performer at Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. Katie also taught preschool and elementary dance for several years. Katie is a mom to a No Limits student, and is so excited for her first year teaching with the amazing organization!
SHANNON MCCABE PH.D.
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Shannon is a Ph.D. in Mythological Studies, a California dual Credentialed Teacher in English Language Arts and Special Education, and is specialized in best practices and pedagogy. She is a E-200 Registered Yoga Alliance teacher with 50 hours of additional training in yoga for kids of all abilities and restorative yoga. She shares her love of yoga with her daughter, who was born with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect.
Shannon has worked in education for more than 25 years as a classroom teacher and lecturer. She has specialized in working with marginalized populations to help them find their voice to initiate greater wellbeing. Shannon is dedicated to helping children and youth develop strategies of mindfulness and movement to cope with an increasingly complex world to live healthier lives.
Reina Sambrano
Voice INSTRUCTOR
Reina graduated in 2022 from Chapman University with her BA in music and a minor in disability studies. During her time at Chapman, she studied classical vocal performance but also has a background in musical theatre and jazz. While she loves singing and making music her true passion involves working with those with disabilities which is what inspired her to go back to school and get her Masters in Psychology. Reina has been volunteering and working in the special needs community for over 10 years and loves teaching at No Limits! She is so grateful for the opportunity and hopes to create a positive and empowering environment for kids to express themselves through music!
Lauryn Carter
Hip Hop Instructor
Lauryn Carter trained in Hip Hop under professionals like Will Adams, Ian Eastwood, Janelle Ginestra and Charles Nguyen. She grew up dancing at her home studio, Elite Dance Academy, in Orange and was part of her high school’s dance team at Villa Park High School. No Limits is incredibly grateful to be welcoming Lauren into our program, we’ve really been enjoying our classes with her!
Jamie Kough
Art instructor
Jamie Kough is an artist, advocate, and educator with over 30 years of experience in the visual and performing arts. She holds a B.A. in visual arts, various C.T.E. credentials, a teaching credential, and a master's in Social and Environmental Justice Art Making. She works across various fields, including film, television, floral design, art installations, theater, fashion, and design. She has performed live artworks for multiple organizations, including the Disney corporation, OCPAC, Shark Tank, McCoy Rigby Entertainment, Chapman University, UCI, The City of Laguna Beach, and the Berg Summit. Kough has taught at Chapman University, UCI, C.S. Arts, for various school districts, ROP, and developed an arts program with OCPAC.
Kough believes that art teaches us about ourselves—our responses to directives, how we relate to others, and our desires for skill and soulful freedom. She constantly seeks to explore how language can visually communicate, inspire thought, provoke change, and encourage action.
When she’s not covered in paint, Kough rarely sits. She loves visiting farmers' markets, cooking, anything active, and adventuring with family and friends. She has three adult children and is married to a retired lieutenant colonel and education administrator.

hip hop and dance instructor
Lauren has been dancing since she was three years old and grew up training at CF Dance Academy. During her time at CF Dance Academy, she participated in many genres of dance and competed with an all-female hip hop crew. She started mentoring with No Limits Creative Arts back in 2017 and is now our Mentor Director. Currently, Lauren is studying Psychology and Dance at Long Beach City College, and working towards getting her Bachelors degree in Psychology from CSULB.
Megan Alberoni
dance instructor
Megan began dancing at the age of two and received classical training in ballet, pointe, contemporary, and jazz. She attended several professional programs, including American Ballet Theatre (ABT), The Rock School in Pennsylvania, Virginia School of the Arts, Milwaukee Ballet, and Nevada Ballet. During her training, she was selected to perform in multiple televised ABT Nutcracker productions as a member of the cast, appearing as a “mouse.”
Megan earned her B.S. in Child and Adolescent Studies from California State University, Fullerton in 2016, followed by an M.A. in Special Education from Chapman University in 2018. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020 and has been dedicated to working with individuals with disabilities since 2014.
Outside of her professional and artistic pursuits, Megan enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, reading, and spending time with friends during game nights.

Tayo grew up dancing in Orange County at McCoy Rigby Arts. She attended Orange County School of the Arts, where she was a dance captain and choreographer on the Integrated Arts Conservatory’s hip hop crew, ManIA Dance Crew. Tayo is currently in her fourth year of attending UCI, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in dance. She is excited for her first year teaching at No Limits!
emily estabrook
Dance, Pom and Art instructor
Emily began dancing at the age of five and trained at Elite Dance Academy in Orange. She trained in various styles, including ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. She was also part of the competitive dance team, performing in both small and large-group dances. Throughout her high school years, Emily was on the song team at El Dorado, competing in pom against other high schools in the county. In 2024, Emily graduated with her BA in art therapy from California Baptist University. She has worked with people of all ages, from children to adults, throughout her career in both school and clinical settings. Emily currently works with adults with disabilities and has always held a special place in her heart for the special needs community. She is so excited to join our family here at No Limits and share her love of art and dance with all of the students!
veronica hutchison

Veronica has been dancing since the age of 2, and competitively dancing soon after. She was both a studio competitive dancer as well as a high school dance team member, where her team took several national awards including her own solo. She ranked in the Top 10 national solos, representing her school and her state, at Contest of Champions in Florida 2022, placing in the Top 10 Dancer of the Year at WCE Dance 2023, and was ranked in the Top 5 national soloists in California at CADTD State 2023. Veronica began her teaching career where she was able to work with some of the young dancers at her studio. She was able to bring her passion for dance, love, and positivity to all of her students. She has also had the privilege to not only be a mentor with No Limits Creative Arts for the past 8 years, but has been teaching for No Limits for the past 4 years. Veronica is currently continuing her studies of Kinesiology at CSU San Marcos, where she hopes to become an occupational therapist for kids with special needs.
