Dance
This class will bring the fundamentals of dance to every student. They will learn musicality, terminology, and work on flexibility. Dancers will also get a chance to explore their own style of movement through some improvisations in class. Every dancer will learn a routine that will be performed at different performances throughout the year.
Musical Theater
Musical Theater classes are designed to engage and instruct students through song and dance. Music and movement are used to stimulate the brain, aid in sensory processing, develop motor and vocal skills and increase positive social interactions.
Tumbling
No Limits tumbling focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balancing skills. Students participate in various activities using equipment to safely address each of these areas. Students are taken through several rotations of activities to keep them engaged and participating.
Voice
Group voice is an excellent opportunity for students of all levels to grow in their singing, learn musicianship skills, and gain confidence! We use a variety of musical styles to give students the tools to perform their favorite pieces with independence through a supportive and collaborative environment. In this class we will cover the basics of tonal memory, rhythm, breathing technique, and performance.
Yoga
Having fun by exploring movement through yoga poses, doing simple breathing exercises, connecting to their internal and external world through journaling and art. *Notebook, crayons, and yoga mat are encouraged for class*
